The majority of the volunteer shifts are in 4-hour increments.
For 4 hours of volunteering, you will receive:

 

• 1 FIBArk volunteer shirt

• 1 day pass

• 2 drink tokens

NEW for 2026:

 

Volunteer Captains and Kid's Zone Captains will receive:

• 1 FIBArk volunteer HOODIE

• 4 SINGLE DAY PASSES to the festival

• 4 DRINK TOKENS

• 1 MEAL during their shift

• A $25 Gift Card to LIBERTY HALL!

 

All volunteers, including the bar staff, are expected to wear the FIBArk volunteer shirt.
