Be part of the team behind FIBArk, America’s oldest and boldest whitewater festival, held annually in beautiful Salida, Colorado. From thrilling river races to live music and community celebrations, this iconic event brings together outdoor adventure and festival vibes.
 

We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable crew members to help bring the event to life. Duties include setup and breakdown of event spaces, assisting with staging, signage, crowd control, vendor support, and general on-site tasks. This is a physical role that requires lifting up to 50 lbs, being on your feet for extended periods, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Festival environments can be fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure, so strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a calm, can-do attitude are key.

Previous event or production experience is preferred, but not required. TIPs certification is a plus and is required for some roles.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to frequently lift 50lbs and move heavy items such as barricades, tents, fencing etc

• Capable of handling repetitive physical tasks without fatigue

• Standing and walking for extended periods

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Able to follow and communicate safety procedures

• Completing and passing a background check
   

Age Restrictions: 21+

Employment Type: Contract

Dates: Wednesday, June 11th - Sunday, June 15th

Location: Salida, Colorado - Riverside Park & Surrounding Area

Rate: $1,000 per contract

• Crew Shirts (Must be worn for every shift)

• Reflective Vest

• Radio

• Food Vouchers/Water

• Bar - All are tips trained
