​FIBArk Community Paddling Program reserves the right to refuse participation in the FIBArk 2025 festival—including but not limited to speakers, performers, vendors, and parade entrants—at its sole discretion and for any reason, including concerns related to safety, community standards, or alignment with the event’s mission and values. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, age, or any other protected class under applicable law.

FIBArk is a nonpartisan, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We strictly prohibit any political campaigning, messaging, or activities by vendors, float participants, or attendees during festival and parade events. Participation must remain focused on celebration and community—not politics. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the festival grounds.
