If you’re passionate about paddling, river stewardship, music, community events, or making things run smoothly behind the scenes, we want you. We’re looking for dependable, enthusiastic people to support programs, athletes, fun-on-water clinics, vendors, volunteers, and festival operations. We’re building an all-star FIBArk 2026 Festival Committee, and we’re looking for people who love the energy of a music festival and aren’t afraid to jump in wherever needed!
If you’re dependable, passionate about live music, and excited to take on a variety of tasks—from fundraising and vendor/carnival coordination to volunteer organization, operations, and computer work—we want you on the team. Experience with social media or graphic design is a bonus, but the real requirement is enthusiasm and commitment.
