About the event
We are thrilled to introduce the 1st ever kid’s FIBArk Boogie Board Throw-Down! This is an opportunity for Salida’s youth to celebrate a sport they love and show off their best boogie moves at the Kindergarten Wave on the Arkansas River.
*Athletes must be 17 and younger and there will be a maximum of 20 athletes. Athletes must have their own board and safety gear (PDF & Helmet).
Please note this is not a competition. It will be a blast and a heart-happy event for sure!
This event supports the FIBArk Community Paddling Program, which gives everyone in Chaffee County the opportunity to learn paddle sports and river safety.
