pine creek

The Pine Creek Race is an experts-only race, where paddlers navigate a giant slalom course through the rapid.  Paddlers take two race runs down the rapid, and the fastest of their two runs is used to determine the winner!

rules& regulations

  • Mandatory Equipment includes:

    • Coast Guard /ISO approved PFD

    • Helmet

    • Protective footwear

  • Athletes must wear competitor bibs outside their PFDs at all times.

  • Event organizers and whitewater rescue teams are not responsible for equipment rescue and/or equipment removal from the whitewater course should athletes lose their equipment during practice or competition.

WE REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT THE PINE CREEK RACE IN 2022 HAS BEEN CANCELLED. WE HOPE TO SEE ITS' RETURN NEXT YEAR.
